p9570 canvas jam on first day of use

Hello everyone..

Bought a p9570 and after printing 8 sheets perfectly I got a jam on sheet #9

After removing the sheet I tried to print another but the print head itself left a stain on the canvas.

I saw the PDF sketch on cleaning the print head but I cannot find a video of someone actually doing it. Can anyone help?

Start using DI water instead of the solvent in the video

Travis, someone here just did the same thing.
And ended up having to replace his Printhead.

Do yourself a favor. Purchase ROLLs of Canvas (short or long)

That Printer is unforgiving with Canvas Sheets.
