HP/Qimage problem

When I print from Qimage, (as a long-time user) the prints come out green and yellow, Print head perhaps?  There's a phone app called the HP Print Service Plugin. If I print from that I get a perfect print. Many trials with Qimage and also from Photoshop just repeat the greenish yellow print. The HP phone plug in continues to produce a good color print.
Any ideas? Thanks.

I don't know whether you are printing with a printer profile or "Let printer manage color" so my usual recommended first step is to try it both ways: try using a profile within Qimage/PS and also try printing using "Let printer/driver manage color" to see if it could be something with the settings.  You could just print a small test print both ways to see if one gives you correct results and the other doesn't.  If one looks OK, you could carefully examine the software and driver settings for the method that is not working properly to make sure the software and driver are set properly for that method.

Thanks Mike. a strong print head clean returned things to normal. Yes,  I think the HP plugin probably uses the "Printer manages color" and Qimage uses various profiles. That might explain the different outcomes.
