Rounding corners?

Hi all,

My young son has been designing his own Pokemon cards. I just finished printing a set of them for him on Ilford double sided lustre paper and the quality is actually surprisingly good. I trimmed them down to size on my rotatrim but I'm not sure how to round the corners. I suspect doing it by hand with scissors would not be consistent. I was thinking maybe if I made a steel template with a dremel then I could use a finer head on the dremel to shave down the corners to match the profile but that may leave the edge looking too rough. Any better ideas?

In woodworking I often use something like a can or a coin to describe the round corner.

I'd think a template, metal or wood with an X-acto knife would work well. But if doing lots of them I'd go with a real template that is easy to hold in place. Maybe double stick tape a piece of thin rubber on the bottom to hold the print in place.

Wow, I love how the price range on corner cutters is from $5 to $2,400. I'm torn between the $12 Sunstar Kadomaru Pro (looks like cheap plastic) and the $50 one sold by Oregon Laminations Company (looks like more metal and can handle thicker media). Tempting to go all the way up to the $135 Akiles Diamond 1 that can handle a stack of paper though!
