B&H is selling it with 30% off for a new license, at $209USd, which is roughly £155 in the UK...
Not sure you can start comparing US & UK prices for 'newbie deals' There's all sort of issues that make trans Atlantic comparisons invalid.

But regardless of that C1 is now absurdly expensive here.
Black Friday deal on Amazon for Adobe Photography Plan (1 yr subscription for LR and PS + 20gb cloud storage) for less than £48, buy and stack as many years as you want.
A single year of Capture 1 on subscription £180.

Or I could upgrade to the latest version for £199.

C1 is good, but not worth that.

I have to admit that I was also pretty skeptical about the hype around NFTs. Honestly, I thought they would stop pretty soon, and people will forget about it in less than one year. However, it has already been more than one year, and people are still making a lot of money out of them, and that's truly impressive. However, I'm much more into crypto, as I think the crypto market has much more potential. That's why I'm looking forward to this project https://bhero.com/launchpad. I think it will be very helpful for all the freelancers.
