Hi,
Have a Canon Pro-1000 which I am very satisfied with. Very nice prints up to A2 size without any problems, however, I have now encountered an issue I cannot resolve on my own and hence have to turn to the expertise here.
I have been requested to print 23 photos I have shot. The photos have been printed on Canon Pro Luster, A3 and for 22 of the photos there has been no problem. However, for one of the photos the printer just spits out the paper without any error messages, and I cannot figure out why.
Some facts;
- Print from an iMac, 2017 with Catalina
- Software is Capture One 20, 13.1.3.9
- Latest printer firmware: 3.010
- Ink cartridges suppy level was yellow when I started to print and three times the levels has changed to red after a print was ready and I have then changed the respective cartridge.
- The picture which the Pro-1000 refuses to print is shot on an Olympus OMD Mk II using the pixel shift function, giving a resolution of 10752x7603.
- Tiff, 16 bit. Has tested to set the DPI on all possible settings including Automatic
The other 22 photos printed without any problems were shot on an EOS R and a DJI Mavic Air 2.
Any suggestiosn re a solution is very much appreciated.
