As soon as we got there and saw what was happening, I said to my friend (who drives me on these icy roads) that I would have to add a note below my photos that this ain't Photoshop saturation. In fact, sRGB can't handle this intensity of red and dulls it upon conversion from the ProPhoto colourspace.
