Camera Raw Settings in LR History
« on: September 01, 2020, 10:10:16 pm »

Hello,

Occasionally I will see the entry 'Camera Raw Settings' in my Develop history. There appears to be no discernible difference in my edits compared to the setting before the entry. What does it mean?

Thanks

Do you have the preferences in catalog settings ”automatically write to XMP” selected? Do you also open raw files directly in Photoshop / Bridge to work with them?

I see this from time to time as well. I do neither of those things. I've never worked out why.

Life just has its oddities.

Same here.  Windows 10.  Sometime very annoying.

I do have  write to XMP checked. I do not use bridge.

However judging by other people's response, this does not seem to matter.
