A glitch in my new system
« on: August 09, 2020, 05:47:18 pm »

I just bought a 2013 trashcan from OWC with 64 GB of ram and the 8 core Xeon. Two external storage drives. Loaded Catalina 10.15. Everything is pretty much ok (although I sort of wish I went with a new Mini after reading a few threads here, but, whatever). One little irritant that I'm wondering anybody else has experienced. When I wake the computer up to go work in Photoshop, the cursor for my Wacom tablet does not appear when I try to use it. I'm not a full time Wacom person, only when I need brushes. I have to do a restart to get it back and working, which to me, defeats the whole purpose of putting the thing to sleep vs. shutdown. It's an Intuos Touch 5 I've had for a while, with the latest driver downloaded.

sleep   is a thing that often gives problems as i have experienced.
With a wacom the driver-OS combination often gives problems as well.
It is always low in the USB hierarchy somehow. Mine comes up working very late in the startup procedure.
