I like the way the Empire State rises out of the mists, while the foreground apartments buildings are clear.

Thanks RSL.  Eric, the housing you are longing at is I believe public housing.  I wonder if this fact should be in the title. 

I am happy to move this image if you guys think it doesn't belong where I posted it.
