With the depth limitation, I don't think this qualifies as a serious underwater housing.
The only thing that I understand is that down to a depth of 33 feet/10 meters the housing will prevent serious damage to your camera.I don't dive; so I wouldn't know what is considered a serious or unserious underwater housing. What is the dividing line between serious and unserious underwater photography or housings?
10m/33ft is plenty for pool shots, be they sport or otherwise underwater performances. Or surf shots either in or below the waves, or for those who really want to be out shooting in a monsoon.
Seals for surf photography have to be designed for that purpose. Ordinary UW housing o-rings won't cut it in that situation.
