I have just connected my R2400 to my computer after a long absence.

I want to make some A6 size prints.

I have soft-proofed my image in CS.

When I go to File > Print, the dialog Photoshop Print Settings opens.

The R2400 is visible in Printer.

The image, in the image pane seems to be my A6 image shown in an A4 pane. So, it looks tiny.

But, in Position and Size in the dialog, it says, HxW, 4.286 x 5.905 at 360 PPI, which is what I set it to. Center is also ticked.

Further up, if I choose Print Settings, I can change from Portrait to Landscape. Great. If I choose Advance, I can choose Paper Size, A4 or Letter. That's it. No A6 choice. This may explain why the image is tiny in the preview pane in the print dialog.

I haven't printed in a while.

Help!

Thanks.

D.

Ps. I seem to remember having an Epson Print Utility that monitored everything - ink levels etc. But, I lost it after reinstalling Windows. Anyone have a link to it? Thanks.

Pps. I'm not seeing the Photoshop Print Dialog in this video - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8PwNtZ9IZRQ - what I'm seeing is really basic. Very odd.

I noticed the drivers were old, may have compatibility problems.

Thanks.

I downloaded and installed driver v6.56.

Made no difference.

I'm attaching a screenshot which shows the print dialog I'm seeing.

Also, if I try printing via Capture One, the paper size is locked to A4. No choice.

So, something is wrong.  :-[

Thanks.

Sorted, I hope.

Downloading the Epson printer utility here seemed to solve the problem. When I now click on Print Settings in the CS print dialog, I can change the paper size and turn off printer colour management settings.
