HP Z 3200 printhead problem

Said I needed new print heads so I got one still did not work turned off and on the machine got another new printhead still would not work saud th eprinthead still needs replacing. I can see one bad printehad new bit two? Help

please take a bit more time to make a good text that anyone will understand...

You replaced a faulty printhead with a new one and still it is seen as a faulty one- is that what you are saying?

It's often said with Designjet problems that full disconnection from the power source, including pulling the plug, will remove offending stray electrical charge. Then do a restart.  A cost free first option.

Yes twice I replaced the printhead and still saying it was no good . Will try unplugging and see if that helps thank you

well turned out that all ink no matter which have to be at least 40 percnet filled. problem solved
