Good question, thank you. Of course I should have pointed out one of the most important aspects of the test prints i.e. they were all printed from ACPU. My apologies for missing that in the report.

On W10 the drycreek print utility is better as it does not scale.

That's true. On MAC ACPU doesn't scale either. On MAC Print Tool can also be used sans colour management.

Indeed, never had an issue on Mac. For that matter, based on how I've built my targets, no issues on Windows either san's user error.
On Mac there's also the ColorSync utility and a few other (not for free) options to print without color management but ACPU is still just fine.

Just read the following: "Note that as you can no longer use the APPLE ColorSync Utility to print profiling targets, due to it no longer working without applying Colour Management, you will need to use this ADOBE utility!" - dated June 23, 2020. Contrary to this, I have read several recent posts from various locations such as the one above from Mr. Rodney. Of course we could test this. But, does anyone know the truth about this i.e. colour management or no involved with the ColorSync Utility ?

Thanks,

Mick

The option to "Print as Target" remains but grayed out in Catalina. I'll have to see what magic settings bring it back unless it's a bug.
