Josh, Thanks for this heartening article.
Glad to see this acknowledgement of an artist whose conscience and cultural responsibilities lead his work. I for one, understanding that LuLa is a landscape site, welcome more articles like this. If we only repeat seeing identical images of the same places what do we learn and where is the delight in that ?
How many versions of contour plowing in The Palouse can any one photographer stand?

I think the site might be a big enough tent to cover many subjects.
I can’t really imagine not exposing or allowing the site to examine worldly events given our platform and the scope of what photography does.
