I submitted a group of photos to the Black and White magazine portfolio contest and was a winner. The work was to be published in their June, 2019 issue. When I received the issue, I found that my mane , website and other data was attributed accurately, but the photographs were not mine--they were the work of another photographer!! They were quite embarrassed and as part of the compensation they offered for this huge mistake, they promised to publish this work in the contest issue for 2020, and I agreed.
I just received the 2020 issue and my work is nowhere to be found!! ARGRGGHHH!!!!. It is hard to believe made the same error two years in a row but there it is.
I have emailed the editor of course and await his reply. What is so frustrating is that there seems to be no way to contact anyone at the magazine besides the editor--no one above him in the chain of command to complain to, or some place on the net where I can make this public.
ANy suggestions as to where I can shame them publicly?
