Canon PRO-2000 paper backup file (.AMB) needed

If anybody out there with a PRO-2000 would you please make a backup *.amb file from Media Creation Tool for me?

During custom media creation, the whole paper information corrupted in the printer, and needs an amb file to get working again.
Sad, but local Canon support cannot help with it (Or cannot help yet, but it would be urgent for me.)

(All of my backups was in AM1X format, which is not acceptable for the printer at this stage.)

Any help would be appreciated.

I'd recommend contacting them back about this as they should be able to assist you.  800-423-2366 and ask for someone knowledgeable with the MCT.

If that doesn't work, let us know and we can check with a "guru" tech from Canon.  Send us a message with your contact info and we can see if they can contact you to help resolve the problem.
