WTB: Blackmagic Production 4k or Panasonic GH5s

Hello all - I am on the market for a Blackmagic Production 4k (EF or MFT) or a Panasonic GH5S. Would also consider the URSA 4k or 4.6k. The plan is to get started with 4k videography, and these cameras seem to offer the best value.
