Well, if you complain to the Cuban authorities about their process, they let you do the 14 day isolation in jail rather than a motel.  They feed you rice and beans.

i believe America has more people in jail than anyone else so I wouldn't be criticizing another country. One thing for sure is I feel totally safe traveling around anywhere in Cuba...not so much in the states.

I don't think Cuban tyranny was the issue. It was the 14 days of rice and beans he was talking about.

No, in the US the police just enters your home and shoots you, or shoots you in your car, or shoots your kids, but you probably would not know anything about that or it is all just leftist propaganda or THOSE people had it coming anyway or......

Not sure what planet you are on, but thankfully most Americans (even republicans) agreed that taking care of the root the problem and looking at what caused the protests (violent and non) in the first place will solve the problems....NOT sending in armed forces and police.....
Not surprising since that makes sense and usually works better in these situations....
Unless you are not interested in solving the issues and want to make sure “those people know their place”....

Wait: are you actually referring to the protesters that were removed so big Cheeto could have his press conference election rally? Seriously? Yes that makes sense: maybe next time we will clear the angry mob of the poor and colored so we don’t have to look at them?

Well, nobody likes to get hit with a frozen water bottle. Of course, if the federal officers (I am not sure exactly what they were) weren't there, they wouldn't have gotten hit. (the George Floyd defense) I don't remember any reports that the protesters were violent before the federal officers arrived. Maybe the protesters were simply defending themselves from the rubber bullets and tear gas. I don't know. I wasn't there. I don't think the video footage answers the question. Who are you going to believe? Bill Barr seems pretty shifty, so believing him is a stretch to me. You might like him though.

The bottom line is if Cadet Bonespurs wants a photo op with a bible in front of a church, by all means clear the way. Or not.
