I wonder what would happen if you held a large, but not that large, say 6000 or so, political rally in a civic arena with no social distancing and no masks during a pandemic? Well, I'm no scientist, but it should not come as much of a surprise that the number of COVID-19 cases in Tulsa spiked, doubling from the previous two weeks. Tulsa officials would not say definitely that the new infections were caused by the rally, it being their policy to not disclose the source of new infections, but they would say that the rally "most likely contributed" to the marked rise in cases. Who knew? And, more importantly, who's looking forward to going to Jacksonville?
The silver lining is that the other 994,000 supporters that Trump projected would attend the rally had the common sense to stay away. Maybe they will stay away from the voting booth in November too.

So much for his absolute immunity. Joining with the majority were Gorsuch and Kavanaugh. Ouch. That has to sting.
Trump's response to the news: “This is all a political prosecution.” At least he didn't say "witch hunt", but give him time.

And he even tweeted about COVID-19 and testing:
"For the 1/100th time, the reason we show so many Cases, compared to other countries that haven’t done nearly as well as we have, is that our TESTING is much bigger and better. We have tested 40,000,000 people. If we did 20,000,000 instead, Cases would be half, etc. NOT REPORTED!"
Anybody know what "1/100th time" means? Does he have to say it 99/100th more times to say it once? And what does it mean to have "bigger" testing. Bigger swabs? Bigger test tubes? Bigger crayons to fill out the forms?
