I care because my daughter is still there and will stay there. I care because America is a great country and I would like it to stay that way, not succumb to commies (formerly known as Democrats). I've seen evils of socialism first hand and don't want to see it ruin America.

I did not "run away." I am a dual national, returning to my original homeland. There are between half a million and one million Americans that chose to retire abroad, each of us paying taxes to the US and having the right to vote.

We all know this. That's why we supported the extra money in unemployment payments, and the new Democratic-supported relief bill that the Republicans are pissing on. What we're doing is trying to choose between terrible tragedies. Some of us go for life, some for jobs, understanding that "jobs" may involve some loss of life if we don't choose that way. One problem we're dealing with is that we're not really being presented with alternatives that are at neither extreme, but somewhere in between. Is there a mask that could mass-produced in a hurry that would greatly reduce the risks? I would like to know.

Might there be somebody, somewhere, at the federal level, who could convene a knowledgable medical/economic group that could come up with a specific list of recommendations that would allow us a high degree of protection and allow at least a partial reopening? If only such a group existed, or someone with the power to set it up!

We had what is referred to as a federalist  form of government.  Remember when all of the liberals lost their shit when Trump he had total control and they insisted they did not.  Well here is your opportunity to shine.

Sure.  What a person could say is, "Look at the rich.  They're getting increases in pay while poor people are getting fired."  Obviously not what the statistics mean.  That's why statistics can be used as "lies" as you can distort them any which way you want.

There are 50 governors at the top of 50 states.  Each are handling the reopening of their economies in a way that's best for their state.  In  a year, we'll be able to see which states did the best and what they did to get there.  There is no road map for this experience.  So if the whole country did everything the same way, we could screw up the whole country.  This way, some will do better than others and we can learn for next year or the next time this happens.  We also will be able to learn among countries as different countries are also doing it differently.  No one has a blueprint for what is best.

The standards for opening the Dems are pushing, including Biden, would never allow us to open up.  It is a extremely risk play that will only work if mass death ensues, and this is why Biden will lose ( ).  That’s how the election will play out in three months.  It will be Trump restores our economy while Biden would have killed it just like how Biden would not have shut down the border.
