You wouldn't think we needed to be told this but beware snake oil salesman, https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-52407177. The BBC reports on the benefits of taking Covid-19 medical advice from leaders of state who are spectacularly unqualified to do so. I swear, some days I feel as if I'm living in an episode of the Twilight Zone. We might as well be taking medical advice from a 12th century village elder. How in the f**k did things get this stooopid. It's embarrassing to read this shit.
So, in the midst of a global epidemic, filled with unknowns and no medical response, you have a President thinking outside the box and asking “what about this”, and somehow that becomes a problem?
Well I guess it’s far better for our leaders to say, “ whatever you say” ?
I don’t want yes men, I want those who are willing to ask even if the answer is no...but perhaps the answer might be maybe. People said we could not go to the moon. Heck people still say we cant, but we took, hey you can’t do that and turned it into yes we can by asking questions that in many cases resulted in a “ no” and we found a way to make it a yes.
But I guess if you are totally infected with Orange Man Bad Virus, anything that fits the needs of your virus sounds good.
