A trip to Northeast Portugal - part 1

During the last Carnival holidays, I made a family trip to NE Portugal, to visit Vila Nova de Foz Côa and the surrounding Douro valley region. This area is close to the border with Spain, and has a lot of History. One of the highlights was the visit to the Paleolithic rock art sites along the Côa river valley.
