Can Anyone Explain This - Red Tree Branches Against a Sky
« on: February 07, 2020, 03:28:24 pm »

Subject says it all.  I made a number of exposures with a Hasselblad X1D.  These were well exposed - no clipping at either end.  They all look good at a normal view but some, but not all, exhibit tree branches in bright red when viewed at 100%.  The same files when imported into Phocus as 3fff files and exported as Tiffs show no abnormalities in Phocus but both the Tiff and 3fff files when imported into LR show the same red branches.  They print perfectly well and no abnormalities are visible with a loupe.

Any thoughts?
