Tethered shooting with sony a7r1v??

I am trying to connect my sony a7r1v and shoot tethered through capture one 20.
Windows pc.
Latest version of capture one.
I can easily connect the camera to the sony edge remote tool, but would rather use capture one.
I have tried connecting to both my usb a  as well as the usb c slots.  No luck.
I have preferences on capture one set to sony only.
Not sure where else to look.  Any thoughts?
Again, it works fine with sony edge remote program, so the computer is communicating with the camera.

Hi Gary,

It seems Imaging Edge can bar other applications from connecting to the camera.  Try uninstalling it for a quick check, and try Capture One again.
