IT IS SOLD.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Imagine being able to scan any film up to 4x5 large format, wet mount on sapphire glass or neg holders, and not using a crappy flat bed.
It's an old scanner, but it is still probably amongst the best B&W scanners around that can do up to 4x5. It also does colour in three passes.
Leafscan 45 film scanner in running condition
  - Auto focus, focus point selectable in software
  - Apo-Rodagon D 75/4 enlarger lens
  - Spare lamp bulb
  - Spare wratten colour filters (blue, red, ND)
  - Lamp adjustment tool
Complete set of film holders (rare)
  - Beseler 35mm and 35mm mounted
  - medium format
  - 4x5 large format and Besseler glass mount
  - Sapphire glass wet mount plate (about 1/4 thick)
  - Full bottle of Lumina scanning fluid
Mac w/OS9.2
  - GPIB card and 20ft cable
  - Photoshop 6 installed
  - Plugins for Leafscan and Nikon installed
  - Monitor/keyboard/mouse not included, but we can talk about that.
$1500 negotiable.
Location Aurora ON (just north of Toronto)
Pickup only, it's about 80lbs. It is set up and ready for viewing/testing. Bring your negs/trannies up to 4x5 to test scan.
I've had about 7 or 8 of these. Just sold my last two a couple of months ago complete with Sapphire glass. I even had the early metal version. Good luck!
Had a Leaf 45 and 35; awesome quality. Slow but for the vintage, not an issue.
Funny enough, I bought the sapphire glass from a Ned in California!  :)
