Capture One 20 — DNG's, Tiff's etc not working

imported a small mixed library and all the non EIP, QII images cannot be adjusted, the sliders are greyed out.  EIP's and QII's can be adjusted as usual.

Thoughts?

Are you using the right version? If one uses the DB version you can see all raw files, but cannot adjust anything except Phase One Files.
