The grapes are Blauburgunder (Blue Burgundy - Pinot Noir).

So a classier title might be Scrotum Noir.

I had to go against the tide here but I can't stand this any longer, that scrotum is green not blue.

Greene-blue, I think, but perhaps it depends on the monitor calibration. Turquoise, perhaps?
