  This is the Palace of Justice.It was built between 1890 and 1895, under our king Carol the First.This construction looks like those in Westrn Europe.But this is not a picture of architecture,it is an opinion about human justice

Great shot - "human justice" looks a bit hazy, blurry and twisty ;-)
