Windows 10 x64
I've just downloaded BenQ Palette Master Element for Windows (Version V1.3.7, 2019/11/25) and it installed without a hitch.
But, it will not open! Double-clicking on the desktop icon, or single-clicking on the Quick Launch icon make no difference.
The monitor is connection via the USB cable to my computer, and the computer "sees" the monitor as a connected device.
Help!

Ps. I had to do a fresh install of Windows, so I've lost my beloved basICColor Display.
