Connecting a Slide Adapter to a Canon Lens

It think that it would be more cost effective to get a used Nikon Micro-Nikkor 55mm lens & a Nikon-to-Canon adapter. Nevertheless, thank you for the suggestion.

So I think I might opt for degrub's suggestion of buying a used Nikon Micro-Nikkor 55mm manual lens with a Canon camera body adapter.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, I would appreciate hearing from you.

Pick up a secondhand Canon 50mm f3.5mm macro lens and a 25mm EF extension tube. The ES-1 fits straight on the front. Easy, compatible and works well enough here.

Things to watch are that the ES-1 will rotate easily, so you need to keep watch that the slides stay level. Work stopped down if the slides have any degree of curvature.

Thank you, Rhossydd. I found a used Micro-Nikkor 55mm lens w/ extension tube for 1:1 magnification. Price was cheap. Nevertheless, thank you for your suggestion.
