Odd folder behavior

The missus and I have the same version of LR on our respective Windows  systems. On mine the folder display acts as it should -- when I start the program, the folders are expanded/collapsed just as they were when I quit. On hers, every single folder and subfolder is expanded on startup. And she has a lot of folders! Ideas?

Right click on "Folders" on your wife's machine. 

Choose "Solo" and make sure "Expand All" isn't selected.

Hope this does the trick.
