Say one moves from the US to Europe, what happens with the LR/PS subscription?

It should be tied to your Adobe account.  If you are on a monthly subscription there might be some type of price difference depending on the country.  I pay for a yearly subscription.  Best thing would be to contact Adobe.

When we travel Netflix still works fine but there is a different chance of shows
