strange banding from Z3200
« on: September 18, 2019, 06:06:33 pm »

Hoping one of you Z3200 guru's could help me out. My light gray print head fades in and out. It will print perfectly on a diagnostic print and then make some perfect prints. Then it will just seemingly quit and the prints will be banded. Then it will work again! Do I have a bad connection somewhere or is this a somewhat normal way of a printhead failing?

Yeah, that's what I figured, just never had one fail like this. I just did a head clean and then another diagnostic print and it came back perfect. I'll order a new one.
