A very fine set. I like the second one, with the curved bottom a lot but the mist in the first one is also excellent.
+1.

I like these, Armand, especially the first, which is quite mysterious and spooky.

A walk on the beach this morning (Green Bay, south shore Nova Scotia). Not my house.  :)

Indeed, this one is really nice for the reasons John B. gave.

Thanks, John. It was a beautiful morning. There were dozens of seals basking on the rocks off-shore, too (and me without a good telephoto lens).

+1 beautiful coast!, like the combination of rock and sand on the coast. Is it cold in winter?

Not winter quite yet! The average November "high" in this part of Nova Scotia is about 9C/48F. And it was close to that temperature on that particular day. We've seen highs range from 20C/68F to 3C/37F this November so far, with the occasional freeze overnight. Highs for the depths of winter average as follows: December 3C/37F, January 0C/32F, February 1C/34F, March 5C/41F.

Maybe we need a Foggy Forests thread. This would fit in nicely.

I agree.
The first of the four is my favorite, and the last in second place.
