Your path photo, Armand, reminded me of Richard Long's 'A line made by walking', his 1967 sculpture.  He walked a path into a field of grass in Wiltshire, England, and photographed the result.  Richard is a conceptual landscape artist, whose work I have seen at the Tate in the UK, the Arnolfini in Bristol, the Guggenheim in Bilbao and the Modern Art warehouse in Bordeaux.  His work can be quite challenging to understand at first, but I have come to appreciate that it causes me to stop and think.
