Yep, more boxification. Da Beat finally took time for some additional locations. There are some wonderful examples right in his backyard so to speak. Figuratively mind you, he doesn't personally have to look at it each day. There are however combination homes at that location. When the evening sky clears after a rainy period, that's when the light is exactly right. That exceptionally dry, clean air type of late afternoon muted sunlight.
Note also that despite its minimalist content, to the point of almost beating Rhein II in boredom, it still incorporates enough hints of what we are trying to convey. This building has a sign that it is for rent, but that sign has been up for quite some time now. Maybe just another pointer at what this type of industrial development may mean for the future landscape?
