Aspen Leaves and Water Droplets
« on: May 31, 2019, 02:01:37 pm »

A reflection of aspen trees which are in front of me, and the shadows of the aspen trees behind me. Also, there are rain drops of the leaves with the reflection in them as well.

Nice texture. It lacks a subject (the question is - does it need one?) but the colours are beautiful.

Very nice and a keeper. I like the juxtaposition of the blue, yellow and orange. Maybe cropping the top third off would focus attention on the color mix.

+1 for the crop!

Thanks everyone for the kind feedback on this image. I prefer the image without cropping. I like the strong diagonal lines that draw you down to the reflection. I don't feel the image lacks a subject. When I setup to find a compositions I always review the image in the viewfinder and ask myself what can I leave out of the image to make the image stronger. I don't feel that I need to leave anything out to make this image better. I also don't crop my images.
