Dear all,
I have recently finished a job with 1.5m x 3m on HFA PhotoRag Ultra Smooth
The print was mounted on Dibond in a floating style, no frame around it.
The job shipped out perfectly and now my client told me there are some smudge on the edge while they were installing the artwork.
The artwork has a black background tho.
I know PRUS is quite fragile but seems like it is "too fragile".
Is there any tips i can provide to my client?
I did spray the Hahnemuhle Protective Spray already and let it dried completely.
p.s. I have a mixed feeling with this paper, hated it for it's fragile surface but loved it so much for the "ultra smooth" surface........
