LR folder labels

I think there is a way to add color labels to folders and collections in Lr but cannot figure out how to do this. I did a sereach on the net but no success.   HOW???

You should be able to move the cursor to the right side of the folder and press the right mouse button and choose your color..

I’m not sure this is available for collections.
