This is the BH1-L, the best L-plate out there, and was invaluable for me, so easy to use. Always kept in on my Hasselblad body, worked great with the best ball head out there (also by Really Right Stuff). I've switched to a Phase One XF, so this should go to a Hasselblad owner.
