Your shots away from "Street" territory often remind me of the most valuable lecture on photography I ever heard.
It was from Paul Caponigro, many years ago. Here it is, in its entirety:

He's right, Eric. HCB said the same thing: "Photographing is nothing. Looking is everything." It's a great thing to look out at the mountain ranges -- the ones I used to traverse and love, but there are mountains of creation at your feet too. Look!"
