My carefully curated ignore list doesn't seem to be functioning anymore.

 My carefully curated Buddies/Ignore list had been working very well, but lately it seems to not be functional.

 I am being reminded of why I was so appreciative of the ability to curate for a pleasant and personalized experience.

 Is it possible that my list is not working and may be reset in some manner?
