Shipping Epson 4000

I have just sold my Epson 4000. However, I must ship it and I'm trying to find the appropriate packaging. I have the skid arranged and someone to fix it to the skid. Unlike all of my other equipment where I kept the boxes and packaging, I didn't for the 4000 (too bulky). Now I find I need it or a reasonable facsimile. Any suggestions?
