645D has about 40K shutter count and looks quite nice. There is some amount of dings here and there, but nothing serious aesthetically.
75/2.8 is in very good to excellent condition. Comes with both caps and rubber hood (which serves as a protection as well).
Package includes 5 (!) batteries in total, small flash, a few focusing screens to choose from (AA-82, DK-80, etc). Plus 2 adapters to use FF lenses - shift adapter for Nikon
