C1 Error Loading Adjustment Mask
« on: March 19, 2019, 11:32:54 pm »

I'm a little out of the loop - has there been any progress or workaround on this?  Using C1 12.01, Mac OS High Sierra.

An adjustment mask for an image is missing. The missing mask has been replaced by an empty mask.

Please update to the most recent service release. Loading the mask can happen for quite a few reasons, and some of those reasons have been addressed in the 12.0.2. Also please contact support, as any user input will help us to understand that particular use case you are facing.

Thanks, I've been in touch with support and updated to 12.0.2.  No more occurrences of the problem so far, though it's been unpredictable in the past.
