Yes very cool flora, a profusion. South Africa has areas like that following the spring rains. Learned that from Freeman Patterson.

Yes , it was a lovely day weather wise which was good because it was quite a bit of walking. I had to walk past the selfie takers.

We have  had a horrible drought for several years, we were very happy to get some rain. The wine makers are not too happy though.

Yes all the photographers waited for the golden hour only to be told that they wanted everybody out by 5:30 PM, the sun was still high in the sky. They have to put restrictions because people get silly with their Instagram stories.
