Shot in the Dolomites near Passo Sella in June 2014 in the early morning right at sunrise when the sun hits the Sassolungo and Sasso Piatto peaks.

Love it! Beautiful conditions coupled with good technique and a solid composition is hard to beat!

The light on the mountains is ethereal. Somehow the foreground clashes with that, in my view. Was it possible to go over that ridge?

Very nice! Did you consider darkening a little that right corner (the base of the mountain under the fog)? My eye goes there often and is an area less interesting than the rest.
