Thanks. Interesting that you thought about taking out the seagull, that's precisely why I chose this vs another one slightly more dynamic but without it. I thought I can make a parallel between the jumping kid and the bird flying above as a continuation, maybe I thought too much

Really nice image series  - and especially that first one as a standalone. The seagull is really distracting though in that third. Images seem to be "about" beach/people/shapes/cast shadows - then all of a sudden it's about an animal too? Not so sure about that.

Looks like my idea doesn't work, the seagull is out.

I have 2 other versions though so not all it's lost.

I prefer the new #3b to the original #3.
It has good action as well as avoiding the question of whether the bird counts as a 4th.
