I think the colours might have just started to get away from me on this one, but what the heck, I still like it, so I aint about to change it  ;)

Wow thanks everyone, such praise indeed, in fact I am totally gob smacked.

So yet again, you have all managed to make this cantankerous old grump of a photographer very, very happy  ;D

Worthy!

Thank you, short and sweet, but none the less, still very much appreciated  ;)

I really really like this, Dave.  :)

Yes James, so do I. I had in fact gone to photograph a new viewing point platform on the Island, but it was very windy and spotting with rain, so that didn't work out. Yet when I was stood there looking around and starting to think it had been a wasted journey, I noticed there was still a small area of strong light hitting these tangled little trees, so I shot it handheld and with out much thought as more of a reflex action. I was also liking how the lit part of the tangled trees, reminded me somewhat of a Salvador Dali type of surrealist painting.

Great

Thanks  :)
