Complete kit with Mamiya AFD body and AF 80/2.8 lens. All you need to start shooting Medium Format.
Mamiya ZD digital back, one of the most interesting backs to start digital medium format journey. Built on DALSA sensor of 36x48mm (twice as much as FF), it provides its special and nice color rendering and indeed 3D look.
ZD back is in perfect condition and very low shutter count (only hundreds(!)), comes as pictured with 4 batteries and a charger. Mamiya body used mostly with this back and time to time with the film back. No any technical or serious cosmetic issues.
The only (and minor) flaw is the battery cover that has a partially broken lock. Usual mamiya story, you will need to use your nail or a coin or something to open/close it. It has no real affect to the shooting process anyway.
